— Full name and phone number when creating an account.
— Order details (items, quantities, total price, payment method).
— A notification token (FCM token) used to send order status alerts.
— Payment data is processed directly by the Moyasar payment gateway; we do not store card numbers.
— If you choose to save your card for faster checkout, we store an encrypted token issued by Moyasar along with the card brand and last four digits only — never the card number itself. You can remove a saved card at any time from the checkout screen, and saved cards are deleted automatically when you delete your account.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to process orders, send order status notifications, and improve our services through internal analytics.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored on Firebase (Google Cloud) and a cloud database for internal analytics purposes, following accepted security standards, with data encrypted in transit.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Payment data is shared directly with the Moyasar payment gateway solely to complete the transaction.

5. Your Rights & Data Deletion

You may permanently delete your account and data at any time using the "Delete Account" option inside the app. This permanently removes your profile and account data.

6. Data Security

We follow reasonable security practices to protect your data from unauthorized access.

7. Children's Privacy

This app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

8. Changes to This Policy
